چکیده
The forest understory is rich in fruit-bearing trees and shrubs. They include both native species invasive alien plant (IAPS). One of the most spreading IAPS black cherry (Prunus serotina E.). Problems with invasiveness P. well known many European countries. However, there are very few studies related to this IAPS. This article aims fill gap research on bioactive compounds fruits thus start a discussion potential use an industrial or semi-industrial scale, which may lead reduction presence forests. Fruits were collected Northern Poland. Contents sugars, phenolic as cyanogenic glycosides determined. Pphenolic glycoside assayed using HPLC-DAD coupled MSn. Sugars organic acids determined HPLC-DAD. can be considered anthocyanins, even at lower level total phenolics than their plantation-grown couterparts, still good source dietary natural, forest-grown origin. When stones not crushed during processing GCC within safe, admissible range.

The present research aimed to isolate the non-polar secondary metabolites that produce the vasodilator effects induced by the dichloromethane extract of Prunus serotina (P. serotina) fruits and to determine whether the NO/cGMP and the H2S/KATP channel pathways are involved in their mechanism of action. A bioactivity-directed fractionation of the dichloromethane extract of P. serotina fruits led...
